I was at Starbucks for a couple of hours unwinding from work, while drinking a grande Mocha Frap and while mindlessly playing on my phone as it charged in Starbucks. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with what you ordered. One of the employees my family and I know personally. Her name is Chloe, she has short curly brown hair and brown eyes, wears braces and is cute as a button. She is outgoing, friendly, polite, well mannered, eccentric, and goes above and beyond at her job. While I was there, a extra drink got made by mistake, A venti caramel Frap, and Chloe kindly offered the extra drink made, to my teenage brother ON THE HOUSE!! My teenage brother and I had a great time at Starbucks, and we got our drinks and left. Upon coming home I realized that I didn't have my phone charger and I realized I left it plugged in where I was sitting at in Starbucks. I immediately call Starbucks and this friendly sweet girl named Taylor answers and directs me to Chloe on the phone. Chloe kindly speaks to me and I explain to her about my misplaced charger. Chloe spots my charger plugged in where I sat and offers to put it in the Backroom in a bag with my name on it, and that she would inform her other co-workers that my boyfriend would be coming by tonight to get my charger. Chloe's exceptional customer service and care is the reason why I am writing this review. She is one of the best baristas from Starbucks that I have ever met and the fact she took time out to take my call and set aside my charger, she truly deserves all the praise and recognition for being a Model Barista. Read more"I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on February 24, 2025, at 4:50 pm. As a delivery driver working in the area, I stopped by to use the restroom and was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude by the barista.
When I asked to use the restroom, the barista gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, and reluctantly agreed, stating that restroom access was for paying customers only. I explained that I was a delivery driver in the area and needed a quick stop, but she remained dismissive and unfriendly.
I was taken aback by her behavior, and another customer even commented on her poor attitude as he left the store. I politely declined to make a purchase and informed the barista that I would take my business elsewhere.
While I understand that Starbucks has changed its policy regarding restroom access, I believe that customer service should always be provided with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience at this location fell short of expectations.

This Starbucks next to a H.S. so it's always busy and usually there is a very long wait bc it's fool kids. They use to have 2 bathrooms and now they only have one bathroom. Definitely not the brightest Star came up with that idea when this place is so packed. And they also took out a sitting area which had 2 small tables and 4 chairs so they is a lot of standing around at this place.
