I have been a regular at the Starbucks in Sonora, California for quite some time now, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service, quality, and ambiance of this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their order.

The coffee is consistently delicious, and they offer a wide range of options to suit all tastes and preferences. I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order for a pistachio latte, but when I arrived, my drink wasn’t even in a cup—it was just left in a mixing container with a sticker on it. When I asked for a venti cup, the barista had the audacity to lecture me not to ask for one in-store, completely ignoring the fact that she never even served my drink properly.

What made this even worse was the way I was treated compared to other customers. I noticed the barista greeted and interacted politely with others, but when it came to me, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment—just rude and dismissive behavior. It really felt like I was being treated differently because of who I am.

This is unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be coming back. Starbucks needs...

Actually I give this store ZERO star. I’m a gold star member. But this store failed me. I have a daughter who is a special needs and when we ordered our drinks she asked to use the restroom, the barista said it’s only for employees, I told her my 10 year old daughter is a special need kid and may not be able to hold it. She said she will asked the manager and she ( manager)told me flat out , my dtr can’t use the restroom and told me that we can go to the gas station across the street. Really???
