I went to Subway 3 times the other day, for 1 order. They didn't give us the extra meatballs we paid for, so we went back. Then I realized the other sandwich we bought had (untoasted) bread that was comically hard and old, so we went back again. The two girls were so busy being offended and scoffing at us, barely listening to what we said (which included "sorry for the trouble") that they actually remade the wrong sandwich. They made us feel bad for coming back into the store even though they did everything wrong that they possibly could. Called the subway on Niles to let them know they made my order with the wrong bread. Employee stated all they had was quite white bread. Seems like to me this subway is ALWAYS OUT of the bread I choose for my sandwich.I wish postmates or subway would have notified me about my choices I choose instead of choosing them for me.
