Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

On 8-31-22, I had placed an order for 10 group packs for an afterparty for our church youth event. We made graphics for promotion and a mixer based on the idea of having tacos that night as well. Upon arriving to pick up the order, we found that the Taco Bell location for our order had experienced a power outage and couldn't provide any service or food. All I received was an e-mail update a few minutes prior to the pick up time asking me to come inside.

We never received our order, and had to think on our feet with minutes left to provide our youth with another food item that was an out-of-pocket expense. While I understand some things happen that are not in your control, it was not in our control either and was a pretty frustrating and deflating end to our night.

I have as of yet not received any follow up or a refund for the food we did not receive. This is poor customer service when something like this happens.

I am hoping you will swiftly refund the card used for this order. It would also be nice to get some sort of compensation/gift card for the time and trouble this caused, as we use this location for many youth events. Would love a response as I've already tried calling and...

I go out of my way to drive to this Taco Bell. The Taco Bell that is closer to my house absolutely sucks at getting orders correct. This Taco Bell is always on top of my specialty orders. It doesn’t matter how complex my order is it’s always correct. I typically use the drive-through the order menu is always well lit and very easy to read. The customer service staff at the window is always pleasant and friendly. The few times I have walked inside the restaurant appears to be very clean and well kept. They have a new kiosk computer order menu that they ask you to use. It’s kind of like ordering from a large tablet computer fairly simple just something new to get used to. I recently visited this Taco Bell and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I never got to order. I stood there for about 5 whole minutes. Literally they weren’t doing anything but gossiping. This girl stood in front of drive thru window completely ignored me. The other came out the kitchen rolled her eyes and went back in. The restaurant was empty and drive thru. I don’t understand why people are so rude. If this is not a job for you quit and go back to school. The world is going through enough to make it worst by smiling at someone you can make their day. This is the girl that came up once I ask .. does anyone work here . I wish would have recorded...
