Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Little Caesars. My online order wasn't ready at the scheduled time, and when I politely asked about its status, the young woman at the front rudely stated, "You have to talk to the guy who was just here; I'm only addressing in-store orders." This response was not only unprofessional but unnecessarily dismissive.

When she eventually handed me my order, her demeanor continued to be unprofessional. Upon requesting napkins and plates, I received another rude response. The customer service was undeniably poor and uncomfortable, making the entire visit frustrating.

The quality of the pizza itself was shockingly bad. It was dry, visually unappetizing, and entirely inedible. I ended up throwing the pizza away without even attempting to eat it, as it was clearly not prepared properly.

Overall, this Little Caesars location delivered a completely unsatisfactory experience both in service and product quality. It's easily the worst Little Caesars in town, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I've contacted corporate directly since dealing with the poorly trained staff was...

Placed an order that included three large pizzas and two orders of crazy bread with sauce. The pizza was inedible due to being way overcooked. The crust was so hard, it was unable to be bit into. The cheese was rubbery with dark brown and some blackened burnt spots and the vegetables were very burnt. The crazy bread was not seasoned at all. I also ordered a 2liter from them and when I called them to say that they had not supplied it they blamed the DoorDash driver. I informed them that I ordered from them and not DoorDash and it was little Ceasars employee who should have confirmed that the order was acceptable and complete for customers. The poor young girl who answered tried her best to accommodate me but when I asked for the store manager she informed me there was no store manager in store. I then asked to have the corporate or owners name and they could not provide it. They asked me if they could refund my money and I accepted. I however wonder how and who authorized the refund since there is supposedly not a manager on the premises. I will not be ordering from this store...

So last night was the first night I tried Little Caesars thin crust pizza. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered it with extra cheese as I order every pizza from Little Caesars with extra cheese because they tend to not put enough cheese on a regular pizza. Which is fine with me because it just makes the pizza that much better. So be prepared to spend a little extra on extra cheese. This little Caesars location is always good anytime I order from there. I definitely have to mention that it’s in a rough part of town so you want to make sure to lock your car when you go inside to pick up your pizza ha ha Ha! Last night when I picked up my thin crust pizza for the first time I had ordered online and it worked out very well. As soon as you walk in the door there’s a tall case that keeps the food warm you walk up to and punch in the 3 digit code you receive via email. Super convenient and very fun walking to the front of the line and grabbing your pizza and walking out the door. Gotta love...
