Subway — Restaurant in California

I understand a good sandwich takes time to make.....but yikes. I mean i have been waiting in line for over 15-20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. 1 employee handling online orders and lobby orders is just not fair for the employee and costumers. I have seen costumers walk away after waiting for a while. Update: So, I decided to give it another try, i walked in at 7:00 p.m and walked out at exactly 7:47 p.m, there were maybe 4 people ahead of me. I wonder if the owners even care? Thy employess are the ones who suffer. Total...

Got to the store at 7:00 pm with two other people. Website says they close at 8pm. But the girl told us they were closed. Between the three of us we where going to order ten sandwichs. Guess they don't need the business. Came s second time at 6:30, big mistake, all the girl said was she couldn't wait to turn the lights off and close. I got a lousy sandwich she didn't give me the sides I asked for. Now I go to Jersey Mike's much better sandwich...

They are what they are. In my opinion the worst of the hoagie corporations but they are decent. I think the kids working there were extra high but that is part of the fun of working in the fast food industry.
