This location Definitely deserves 0 stars all around. When I was waiting in line the gentleman in front of me had specifically said NO mayo on 1 of his sandwiches. The worker put mayo on it! The customer reminded him no mayo that he said no mayo and the worker still questioned why even though he had already stated multiple times why. I should have walked out at this point! I ended up with the other worker taking my order a turkey bacon avacado WRAP. The worker asked if I wanted 6in or 12in and I said I want the wrap! He asked again, confused I said 12in? He asked if I wanted it toasted I said no. When I got closer to the window I see he had given me flat bread…. I said I change my mind please toast this. He smirked and rolled his eyes. After toasted, They asked me what toppings I wanted and had to remind them to put avacado on my turkey bacon avacado WRAP. They charged me extra for the avacado $18.00 for my wrap. DONT GO THERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save your time and money and go to McDonalds! Anywhere not there! They are not nice and don’t seam to understand what the customers...

The new owners are extremely rude and argumentative! Purchased two sandwiches from them With a coupon Buy one get one free. We get home and one of the sandwiches had only a few pieces of chicken on the entire foot-long. (both felt extremely light ) This is not the first time that we had bought sandwiches there and thought they were extremely light! After calling and confronting the owner, he was extremely rude and aggressive even got loud with me. he stated that we used a coupon and only paid 14$ for 2 sandwiches what did we expect?! He argued for 15 minutes about only paying $14 for two sandwiches and said no to a refund! That place does not deserve to be in our town of Sonoma That’s for sure! They won’t be getting any business...

I just bought a large sweet onion teriyaki sandwich from here and the guy at the counter who couldn't speak English, Bless his heart, but he made my sandwich a juice sandwich! He drenched it with so much sweet onion teriyaki juice that upon opening it, it literally fell apart and the bread disintegrated! This is Ridiculous! I want my money back Subway!! And can't you train these people before you let them run your business?? O I forgot, it's the end of the world so there is no such thing as reasonability or accountability or professionalism or anything else right? O and I called the store but of course no answer.. Jeez. Ugg, I'm just hungry...
