Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

The woman managing the drive-thru this evening seems to lack the necessary skills to perform her role effectively. It's disheartening to see a lack of respect and attentiveness in the service industry towards customers. When I visited the drive-thru to order a beef burrito for my mother, specifying only beef, cheese, and onions, she appeared confused by the request. Despite there being no other customers in line, she displayed an impatient attitude, rushing us at the window. Given that my mother is a senior citizen who needs a little more time to make her decisions, I found this behavior particularly concerning. It seems that there is a diminishing respect for our elders in these situations. I wish I had caught her name, as her performance was far below the standard I would expect. When I mentioned my previous experience working at Taco Bell and noted that the order was straightforward, her response was to dismiss my attempts and refuse to proceed with the order. It's unclear what the hiring criteria were or how her interview process was conducted, but it would be beneficial for the organization to ensure that staff are properly vetted. Taco bell is the best fast food place in Sonoma valley. The staff is charming and wonderfully polite and the food is the most nutritious and affordable as well. If you are a senior you can get a drink for one cent! The dining area is always spic and span. Its a just a great atmosphere in there....a totally feel good dining experience. Thank you Taco Bell.....UPDATE...Our good friend Danielle from Whole Foods Market used to manage so we quit going there...but the funny thing was is that we were subjected to VOICES the would have appeared to be schizophrenia and wr had just figured that we must have been USING to much of the Holy smoke....but we were probably just being electronically targeted by the microwavers sayin hello to Bear snd subjecting DaDa to damaging editorials and commentary to affect him psychologically. The last 7 times I went to this Taco Bell location in Sonoma, CA, over a course of 8 years mind you, it has went something like this: They have consistently got my order WRONG in drive-thru. And these were not complicated orders. We are talkin' beef Chalupas and Tacos, as is. I got Chicken FOUR times when I said BEEF!!! BEEF!!!! The last time I went they left out two of my items, a chalupa and taco. How hard is it? The employees are visibly distracted with each other and on the phone. An employee walked in one time I was there meeting a friend and had already ate so had not ordered food, he came in bursting out in laughter and two patrons teenager aged Yelled "*** is a CSucker!!!" As I will not put any names on this review as it will be removed for defamation. I stand true by my words. There has been cussing teenagers on skate boards and scooters blocking the entranceway and coming close to hitting me and elderly people around Sonoma (A retirement community median age 60 years).
