Subway — Restaurant in California

Do NOT eat there on a Saturday on the evening shift, especially in the last few hours before closing!

There are two young girls handling the shift with absolutely no supervision from a competent adult! These girls are rude and very badly behaved!

They prepare bad food (eg. giving you an old 1/2 foot stale bread) and when complained to, their answer is "That's NOT our problem"! You ask to use the bathroom, they tell you that "The bathroom is locked"! You ask them for the key, they tell you "We do NOT have the key"! If you complain about your need to use the bathroom, they answer, "That's NOT our problem"! If you get frustrated and insist on your right to be treated with the respect you deserve as a customer, they walk off on you into the back while giggling and making fun of you! You ask them for the name of their manager, they answer, "She's NOT here"! You ask them for any contact information for their manager, they answer, "We can't give you that information"! And they walk off on you into the back while giggling! You can hear them making fun of you and the situation, although you can't see them!

These two girls, whatever their names are, SHOULD BE FIRED!! And they should NEVER again be allowed to work in any job involving customers! They are very uneducated and ignorant of any courtesies!

I intend to report them to their manager once I'm able to track the manager down! I wonder if their manager will take any action against the incompetence of these two foolish girls!

I came with my parents after a long day, and we lost our appetite when we saw a green fat fly flying around, it sat on tomatoes! I said , "can you please do something to it, there's a fly, and it sat on tomatoes!" she waived her hand with no emotions, like "it is okay!" like its fine!? then I commented, "I'm sorry, not trying to be mean, but it's a huge unsanitary to allow flies sit on food, AND OVERALL, to have them in food places ! The food needs to be covered, first of all....!!! " And guess what...??? She didn't even react to what I said!! like I was talking to my self! Like what the heck?!!? I will NNNEEVER EVER come to this place again, NASTY! EW!! i wanted to throw up right there when i say a fly on food!! IMAGINE THAT!! I DONT WANT WORMS IN MY STOMACH!!!!... Neither do you guys!!! I literally took the food I ordered and thew it in garbage after I left! We were hungry, BUT, NO HUNGER WILL MAKE ME TO EAT FOOD WHERE GREEN FAT FLIES SIT AND BEAR...

We had a long day with putting up X-mas decorations and decided instead of cooking my husband and I would use our coupons to order four footlong sandwiches from Subway. We entered the establishment and there were two staff employees working. One employee was cleaning windows and the other preparing sandwiches. I told them we had coupons and they stated that the scanner may not work. While ordering the sandwiches we explained that we wanted the vegetables separate on two of the sandwiches. The worker said ok, she would do that after heating them. Long story short they refused to accommodate us and stated that they would not continue preparing our meal. They then took two other customers while we were still trying to get our sandwiches. One employee was disrespectful stating that she would not deal with us. We left without any sandwiches, and ended up going to KFC for dinner. Worse customer service I've ever...
