Subway — Restaurant in California

The restaurant in Laverne recently was remodeled during the remodel. They replaced the sea through glass section over the meat and cheese with a stainless steel cover. I cannot see if the food I'm going to get in my sandwiches. Number one fresh number two, the correct item that I ask for before they pile lettuce and tomato or other continents on top.. There were 4 other people in line at the time. I was getting my sandwiches that agreed with me. They don't like the fact that they can't see the food. I will never go back to this restaurant. There are too many other number one Subway Sandwich shops with glass. See through sections at the meat, and there are hundreds of other restaurants that you see them preparing your food. We came in with a large order and we were slightly disorganized. We even got all wrung up and realized we forgot 2 sandwiches. Erica, who had been “dealing” with us the whole time was always very attentive and patient, and even helped pick out a specific color toy for one of our kids orders when we had already spent a good deal of time there placing our order. She was very thorough and helped us keep track of our sandwiches when we ourselves couldn’t even remember which one we were creating. She made it a very pleasant experience and kept a great attitude the whole time. Amazing...

Disrespectful staff! Mixed up our order; the subs were very cheaply prepared with the wrong condiments, missing sauces and spices! The receipt they gave us was oily all over, It was disgusting! Tried to complain to the district manager Vanessa, she was very condescending, lacked courtesy and manners. To top it all refused to make it up to us!

To her and her store’s unfortunate loss, will most definitely share experience with family and friends and will NEVER go back to this location...
