Lambertos Mexican food — Restaurant in La Verne

Most over priced and lowest level of Mexican food I’ve ever had. Over $12 for nachos with stale chips and bagged cheese. Mushy tomatoes and rancid sour cream. Don’t eat the guacamole! The carne asada is stringy and the chicken is shredded to nothing. The woman at the counter will NOT like you if you are not Latino. I asked her to put light beans because they usually over load it with beans when my mom orders here. She argued with me telling me they use portions. I told her to make sure the portion of beans doesn’t overload the small amount of stringy asada. She threw my $20 back at me after she had already took my order and given me change. I walked away with my money and while I was making a drink to leave and never come back she was asking me for the $6 change she had given me “by mistake” . I threw the $6 on the counter like she threw my $20 back for asking for less beans and walked out. I hate that my mother goes to this gas station. I hate that she will order nachos from these people. I’m hoping my Google Family will see this and NOT go to this establishment. DO NOT GO HERE …..especially if you...

I was really looking forward to coming to this place 4.8 Stars reviews! Wow as I am driving thru this area I stopped went to Google maps looked at the reviews and pictures of the foods I drove right over, Now I expected a a restaurant in off to the side of the restaurant but that was not the case. The “restaurant” was smack in the middle of a car wash mini store and a gas station quick mart! I consider that tacky tacky tacky! I now knew that I had to eat in the car with a flimsy plastic cup of Jamaica water, and a paper wrapped burrito Carne asada burrito it supposed to come with meat, pico de galló, and guacamole. Burrito and salsas were 😣 the pico de galló was extreme I couldn’t taste that meat it was over powered by raw onion, the salsa was super watery and tasted kind of sour, like the mixed water and chili powder together, the guacamole what a joke I didn’t see or taste guacamole? It was probable that they mixed water with an avocado and blended it 🥴 this place in my first experience grades very low, I’ll never be as believing in the Google reviews...

Wow that was truly the worst burrito I’ve ever had in LA. Why was the guac so watery? And the meat so incredibly salty without actually having a savory flavor?
