Outdoor Elegance Patio Design Center — Local services in La Verne

I discovered Outdoor Elegance about five years ago looking for A luxury out door furniture set. Back then the sale's rep Joseph walked me through, telling me everything I should know about buying A out door set.. Their was many considerations to think about He led me to pick the right choice at the right price, and delivered on time. Since then I've been back to store buying cool bbq gadgets and accessories,along with bbq rubs. Saying that Outdoor Elegance has been great to me But two weeks ago they went from great to '' Awesome" I went in to buy a new BBQ. Sales rep Joseph walked me over to the Fire Magic grills I told Joseph I have a Fire Magic now and it went out on me, so I rather not go with them again. So instead of showing me the other high end grills he asked me the year and the model of my Fire Magic Grill Joseph said my BBq is still under warranty and that he could contact Fire Magic to fix it under the warranty. I told him that the Fire Magic didn't get purchase here, and he said that it didn't matter, fire magic has a great reputation and stand by their products. Long story short Joseph got fire magic to fix my grill under warranty. and he could have easily not said anything about fire magic warranty and sold me one of his bbq's. All I can say is thank you Outdoor Elegance, Fire Magic and Joseph You Guys...

Everyone at Outdoor Elegance Patio Design Center provided us EXCEPTIONAL service during the purchase and delivery of our Sunset West patio furniture. We are so happy we elected to drive the 50+ miles to get to what we will call a Patio Furniture Super Store!! Once at the store we met with Sales Associate Lisandro Salazar who patiently showed us their extensive inventory of furniture options. He carefully listened to our requirements and preferences and identified what he felt would best meet our needs. He identified the pros and cons of each and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed buying decision. We were treated as valued customers throughout the process and it was clear Lisandro was genuinely interested in ensuring we would enjoy the furniture for years to come. Lisandro efficiently completed the order paperwork and kept us informed as the delivery date came closer. The delivery date was scheduled without delay and Marko and Fernando delivered and set-up our patio set. Marko and Fernando could not have been nicer and it was clear they were not going to leave until we were completely satisfied. While at the Glendora Wine Walk, my daughter and a group of her friends (of multiple ethnicity) were in attendance where they decided to have a seat on the outdoor furniture provided. While some of the group proceeded to the restrooms, OEPDC Co President Doug Sanicola came to the area where they were seated, multiple times. One of the women from the party asked Doug Sanicola if he wanted them to leave. He said Yes, saying they were trashing the area. When the woman tried to converse with Doug Sanicola, he started to belittle her and began using vulgarity towards them, and mocked all of those women among his friends with him. He even called the police stating they were intoxicated. The party of young women just left without further incident. As an Armed Forces Veteran of 21 plus years, I am highly appalled of the treatment given to these young ladies by the president of the OEPDC. For someone who racially taunts to a group of young women and thinks he can get away with it is beyond belief. When you think you can say what you want because of your position really shows me your true colors. I wonder if your company really reflects the man...
