Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. As a fast food worker myself, I completely understand food being delayed due to many orders being placed at a time. However, I waited in line for 20 minutes. And when I say waited, I mean stood without moving, because the two employees in store were focused on one online order of six sandwiches for 20 minutes. They didn’t attend to a single customer in the line while they were working on it. This is an absolutely terrible method of balancing online and in-store orders. On top of this, when I finally was able to order, it took another ten minutes for them to sort out my two sandwiches with very little toppings on them. Ranch was accidentally put on one instead of mayo, which I honestly don’t mind, as they fixed it quickly, but shouldn’t have happened. When paying my order was $6 more than what I was initially told it would be.
I would like to make it clear that while I do feel they were at fault to an extent, I do not feel the employees are to blame for this experience. It would appear that it is just a poorly run establishment with employees that are...

The woman making my sandwich only used one serving of meat and when I asked her if there is supposed to be two servings, she aggressively responded "you wanna pay for extra?" She also piled all my veggies into the middle of my sub, not spreading them out and she was very rude. I felt if I responded to her and didn't just take my sandwich and go, we would have probably argued. I had somewhere to be and I didn't have time to argue over a sandwich. She was friendly to all the Black and Latin people who were there at the time, but less than friendly to the few white customers and aggressive with me for questioning her. This was my experience. I stood for several moments at the counter while the employee stood off to the side eating, when she finally greeted me she went straight to putting on gloves without washing her hands, then while making my sandwich barely engaged me instead opting to converse with her co-worker the entire time, then when I finally got my sandwich the bread was falling apart in several places and she hadn't wrapped it in the usual way that holds everything together so when took it out everything just splayed open.
