Super Taco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in California

This was one of my favorite spots to get Menudo on the weekends but i will no longer be coming to this location. I ordered food thru the phone and i was told that i needed to pay thru the phone which was not a problem but when the lady tried processing my card she said the ATM froze so i had to pay when i came and pick up my food. She assured me that the debit card was not charged. Keep in mind the debit card i was using was not mines. It was my managers. My manager checked her mobile bank and it did charge her Debit so when i went to pick up my food i told the lady at the register that the Debit was charged and i showed proof of it to her. She said that its going to take up to 2 to 3 days for it to clear up with the bank and if for some reason it does not clear up, that i can come back and they will refund the money. I said okay so i ended up paying AGAIN with my apple pay. I waited 4 days and the charge was still there. I went back to speak with the manager who's name is Alondra and i explained to her what happened and that i was charged twice for a menudo. She was not able to find a receipt for neither transaction and since i didn't keep the receipt that she couldn't refund me anything. Am showing her proof from my apple pay statements and my managers statements that i got charged twice and she still wouldn't give me a refund. I asked to speak with upper management and she would not allow me to speak with anybody other then her since she was the only manager there. She asked for my number and said she will further investigate this. I got a text message from her later on in the day and she said she found a receipt for the 1st transaction over the phone but not the receipt for the 2nd transaction when i paid inside the store. So now am being told that the lady who processed my card thru the phone DID IN FACT CHARGE MY MANAGERS CARD. Super taco has cameras inside the restaurant and they could have easily asked the lady who helped me thru the phone if what i was saying is right and they haven't reached out to me to settle anything. All because i didn't have a receipt which the lady never gave me when i picked up my food for the 2nd transaction. I have to start off by saying absolutely positively love super taco. I’ve been going to Mr. Julianne spot since the first restaurant he had open on Mac Road a little bitty place now with that said, I went to the one on Mack Road today and they had a sign said they had a special brunch till 2 o’clock, so I ordered what I wanted off the brunch menu and then was told oh sorry the prices that are shown or not the real prices.! So I expressed to the young lady that she has to honor the prices that are shown because this is what they have out for us. She expressed that she will call her manager. I waited she came back and said the only thing she could do for me is give me 10% off.
