River Oaks Shopping Center — Local services in Sacramento

Hopefully, who is commenting on here knows if they're commenting to the right shopping center. 99 Ranch Market is located in Southgate Plaza Shopping Center with Ross, Foot Locker, 99cent Only Store, WSS and Skechers, etc. across south from Florin Rd. of The Home Depot, Jack in the Box and Carl's Jr. River Oaks Shopping Center is the one across west from Franklin Blvd. where Food Maxx is located in. The map is wrong too of its location said located as same in Southgate Plaza. If you look at the sings when going there, you will know what shopping center name it is. I give it a one star because the misleading location and direction of River Oaks Shopping...

This place, the parking lot outside of Food Max, and the surrounding buildings, (the whole entire block!) is horrible! It's riddled with homeless, sketchy people, and scary people! It has filth and garbage everywhere. Everywhere reeks of pee or puke. It's an absolutely disgusting place! Unfortunately, it is the only grocery store nearby that I can make a quick run to. And I only do that when I'm desperate! Because inside Food Max is just as bad! Do not ever go here alone! Especially at night! If I could give it a Negetive 5...

I love FoodMaxx because they have less expensive food items than other big-name stores. The quality of their produce is just as good but costs less. I'm totally game for saving a few dollars. The location is super convenient for me, too! The main thing that sucks is all the homeless and druggie type people who are often hanging near and around the store. I am very pleased that they have some good security in the front of the store now! I'm there like once a week, so I just try to ignore all that...
