Removed. 2 dead German cockroaches observed on floor beneath the storage racks in the back storage area. Removed. 3 dead German cockroaches observed next to motor beneath the 3 door upright refrigerator. Removed. 1 dead German cockroach observed on floor behind wheel - front prep line 2 door reach-in cooler. 1 dead German cockroach observed on floor beneath the front register. 1 dead German cockroach observed on floor beneath the pink wall next to the front register. Removed. 1 dead German cockroach with egg sac attached, on floor in front of the restroom. Removed. Pest control report dated 4/18/25 observed available on site. Next pest control service will be provided next Thursday at 9am. Remove all the dead cockroaches immediately. Seal all the gaps and crevices as discussed. Provide more glue traps throughout the facility for monitoring purpose. Continue aggressive pest abatement to prevent future vermin harborage. A 14 day reinspection with reinspection fee will be conducted to ensure vermin exclusion.

I love that this boba spot is open later than most , until 9 PM. Definitely a great thing bc other boba places close way earlier. This place is a great touch and go spot. Seating is limited and I could imagine if it were packed it'd be very squishy. The interior is cute and so kawaii! I love all the plushies and how we are engulfed in pink the moment we walk in. The staff were sweet and the popcorn chicken was sooo good and juicy. My drink was OK. It didn't have much taste which was very dissapointing, as this specific place had stellar reviews on their drinks. I will have to go back and try and am hoping it's just that it was late and maybe the workers were new? Other than that I love how it's so close to my job and it's convient to get too whenever I'm craving. Being able to grab boba at night is such a luxury! My plushie was also eye less? Lol I'll have to take a closer look tomorrow.

This is my second time going and I got another drink off of their popular drink list. I was pretty hopeful however it was NOT good at all and VERY watered down and plain. 🥲 They also run out of their cups with toys in it before Friday's it seem. First timer who didn't read any reviews prior to going in yesterday. In my opinion on a surface level, cute little place. Astophere is pleasant and staff is attentive. BUT they could use a good spring cleaning. Floors, walls, and counters were gritty, grimy and dirty. As for the food/drinks I wish now that I had READ the reviews. Ordered the famous popcorn chicken. I took the time to request well done, no pink but not burnt . I got the exact opposite!! Im not sure if they go off of eye sight or a timer but they really should thermostat check there meat, it is DARK meat and should be fried with care. It was tasty the few pieces that I could muster through that wasn't RARE. The fries are basic. The grape 'matcha" tea had way too many jello pieces..yes Jell-O! It was a waxy group of artificial something that was thick and gross 🤢. I giant disappointment. This place is cute with bunnies and all but there good/drinks don't really align with the decorations 😞 Id like to give it another chance only if they could guarantee me no undercooked chicken and refried fries 🍟 I'd try a different drink too because mines tasted way to...
