This is what every other health club in Sonoma lacks, except Fitness Factory. This helps me maximize my results in the limited time possible, and not worry about waiting. Nothing is better than a gym that has so much equipment that you don’t have to wait. The equipment is not just stacked, it’s clean, as sanitization is like a religion here. I transferred over here when it first opened from Sonoma Fit amd previously belonged to Parkpoint Club both in the City of Sonoma. I competed for about six years with NPC and had to supplement my workouts with 24 Fitness due to lack of training equipment at parkpoint and Sonoma Fit. Fitness Factory has everything you need to make a full body transformation with detail. There are competent trainers who frequent the gym and will offer help and training assistance is you needed. Amazing gym! You won't find fancy locker rooms, overpriced cafe food, or fake gym goers here. This is a true gym and one of the very few we've found out of town that matches the equipment and vibe as our home gym House of Pain. Some of the best old school machines you'll find and plenty of cardio too, if you're into that :-)
