I had a very large, customized order that I wasn't comfortable with by using the drive-thru. When I tried to go into the lobby, the door was locked. Another customer opened it from the inside for me. There wasn't anyone at the register to take my order, so I was forced to use the self-service kiosk. The one positive about that kiosk is that you can see items that aren't on the restaurant's menu signage. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order to be completed. Meanwhile, that lobby door is still locked. I let in a couple of customers while I waited. The manager came through the lobby, and I mentioned to him that the door was locked. He said they "couldn't have any more customers come through the lobby today." I suggested that he post a sign, and he replied that that was why the door was locked. He was rude and dismissive. I tend to get a bit argumentative with people like that. I asked him how people were supposed to know that without a sign? No reply. By the time my order was ready, I just wanted to leave, so against better judgement, I didn't check the bag. And the bag ripped when he handed it to me. When I got to my destination, 4 items were missing, and all the tacos were crushed. Not good for a crowd of kids who were swimming all day and hungry. Do yourself a favor and avoid...
Read moreThis “★★” Rating & Review is based solely on this specific location and it’s common Drive-Thru wait times. Tonight could have very easily escalated with irrational excitement. I pulled my vehicle right up, and I sat there for a solid 5 minutes after I was greeted and told they would be right with me to take the order. The one car in front of me had already moved up to the window by that time. Seconds before the employee came back to the intercom to take the order, the person behind me started honking at me, and began yelling “You done?! You already order?! Go!!” I looked back and shouted “They haven’t even taken my order yet!!” Needless to say, the entire wait time from the initial greeting to the time I received my food was 21 minutes, and that was with only one other car in front of me. Taco Bell has an average wait time of 4 minutes and 28 seconds… they hold the title, as of 2021 for the shortest drive-thru wait times. This location has one of the longest times I’ve ever experienced, and this was just the one occasion that finally encouraged me to write...
Read moreService was good. Drive-thru is pretty good at what they do. However on the inside if this is seriously, what $20 an hour is going to get the public. I'm not going to be eating. I got one of the bowls or not the bowls, one of the boxes and the burrito dry tortilla crunchy. Then on top of that had a Doritos logo taco supreme and they threw it in the bag and it was already smashed. So there's already something down there and then on top of that got a chalupa and that was the only thing that I liked inside the box and the fries and then the cantina taco. I'm sorry that's not. That's not a good combo. The cabbage not a good combo with already the lettuce. But again like I circle back. If this is seriously, what $20 an hour is what we're getting then why do we even bother going to get fast food if nothing is ever going to change I just don't understand. I would rather have a refund for the food that I didn't even get cuz I didn't get a chance to enjoy it because it was not good. But I already know how it works so I'm not going to...
