The Bancroft Bar — Restaurant in California

Sort of ok bar but they need to fix up the handicap parking stall and make sure a-holes don't park there without a plaque. I saw 2 cars, throughout the course of my night at this bar, park in handicap without a license or plaque. One of the cars was an employee who had come to pick up something or whatever. She was in and out within 10 minutes but screw that. I am handicap and i have no tolerance for people who don't respect handicap parking laws. If you like the old time neighborhood bar feel, check them out. Friendly, roomy, with one pool table, and a live venue stage in back. They host several types of shows. The dive bars to end all dive bars - seriously look no further for ice cold beers from the champagne of beers to a great selection of IPAs and beyond on tap. Despite the “hole in the wall” feel it is a inviting atmosphere and incredibly clean. I saw one of the bartenders cleaning the tap lines himself !!
