I had the most incredible dining experience at Wendy's 4S. I have always had great service and good quality food from this restaurant location. Definitely a family favorite! Today however my lunch was a pleasant surprise from the moment I arrived. Monsa immediately gave me a sincere and pleasant greeting. She demonstrated a professional and friendly demeanor, something that is very rare in the fast-food industry these days. i am always annoyed to see the competitors moving away from order takers and installing machines. She was kind and courteous while I was ordering and even explained what was on the different sandwiches allowing me to customize with veggies without increasing the cost...this is also rare with the competition. She scanned my rewards app and quickly assisted me when I forgot to order the Wednesday Chicken Nuggets with me thinking it would be automatically added to my order. Monsa clearly explained my mistake to the manager, and it was resolved quickly. Monsa possesses the skills and abilities to exceed guest satisfaction and relations. I am not sure of her current position within the organization, but I believe that she is outstanding and definitely should be recommended to fast track the career development program. They will try to not fulfill an order you paid for and not give you a refund unless you ask them about it.This wendys is trash... I submitted a mobile order at 10:22AM as I wanted to try the new wendys breakfast menu items. I got a confirmation that my order was received and that all i needed to do was pull up to the drive thru to retrieve my order. Whn arriving at 10:40 I was advised that there was no breakfast they didnt make my order and they had no more breakfast items available to make it. I guess they must have ran out of all the breakfast stuff to make anything past 10:30... which is funny because it should have been made prior to when i submitted my order... and if it wasnt going to be made, they should have cancelled my order right away and notified me instead of wasting my time to pick up an order that they didnt attempt to fulfill. The manager wouldnt even explain if I would be refunded, i had to go back to ask about my money and thats when they finally cancelled my order and provided me a receipt stating that i would not be charged...

When we arrived we were sad to see the dining room was closed but we understood. So my husband decided to use the app to place our order. While placing the order the app gave the ONLY option of PICK UP in drive thru. So the order was placed we were instructed by the app to go to the drive thru. We're at the drive thru stating we placed an order thru the app and the drive thru cashier promptly said she sees no order and to proceed to the drive thru window. We arrived at the window we could see the employee was at the cashier counter and yells out the reason she didn't see the order was because my husband had placed the order for pick up at the dining room which was closed. Rude! She so quickly put the blame on my husband, which suggest to me that her customer service is consistently poor! We received our order and once again we were disappointed, it was cold.
