This weekend of March, we came to dine in about 2-3pm, but the doors were locked. Odd though that we saw non-staff, customers, dining inside. No staff ever came to the door to tell us why doors were shut. After several minutes, another customer walked to the drive thru window and was told that if they don't have enough staff that they close the doors and serve only drive through. Ok I can understand that, but they should make it clear with a sign or have the courtesy for staff to come out and explain as there were several customers waiting outside. We decided to go to the drive thru, however, while the food was good, the price was more expensive than when we last came. Also, the customer service is horrible; seems staff needs training in being courteous and how to deal with customers. My kids in the car even noticed this. I dropped the rating by one star because of this last experience. And unfortunately, with the increased cost we'll very likely not come as often.

As I was in line for the drive through, which was out of their parking lot, I watched two employees leave. It looks like their shift was done and I was happy they got to go home.
I was less happy as time went by. It took just over 18 minutes to get through the line and get the food. I timed it. I was boxed in when it became obvious how slowly the line was moving. Ok, sit back and listen to the music.
Getting to the window was fun. One person was supporting the drive-through. One. Got it, the owners/managers were being cheap on hours and were keeping the head count down. That's not cool.

By the time I realized how slow it was moving I was blocked in and just had to wait it out, thankfully I didn't make this mistake until after I was out of work. This drive thru doesn't seem to employ the tactic of having people park if they have a particularly large order or their order is taking extra time. Because of this you are waiting for every persons order to be completed before the next person can move up and order, it is unfortunate. I also was able to make a brand new mobile account, order, and wait 25+ minutes before I even got to the microphone where they took my order.
