The food is relatively good (not great), but this location has trouble getting your order right. Luckily I went to pick up my order in person, because it was completely wrong. First they couldn't find my order despite me having prepaid for my order online and having an order number. Then they found what they said was my order in a delivery case. Luckily I looked inside the boxes before leaving the counter because none of those items were right. They were completely different than what I had ordered. So then they went looking for my items, and they had trouble finding my food items. On a positive, the young girl working there seemed to be much more organized than the several gentlemen who work there. And a guy who looked like he might be a manager said "sorry". Other than that, it appeared to be a complete chaotic mess inside this store. After they finally found my order they all walked away without saying anything, and they tended to other things as far away from the customer counter as possible, probably fearing that the customer (me) might give them an earful about the situation. It was terrible customer service, and it necessitated me (the customer) to manage the situation because they seemed completely unable to fill my prepaid order. Lesson learned: DO NOT PREPAY. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. ALWAYS GO INTO THE STORE AND CHECK YOUR ORDER CLOSELY. DO NOT USE "DELIVERY" BECAUSE YOUR ORDER WILL LIKELY BE WRONG. Read moreDominoes delivered pizza to my child's birthday party earlier this year. The cheese had gone bad so the pizza was rotten, smelled and was inedible when delivered. (how they did not notice when making the pizza I do not know) Several people at the party tasted the pizza and told us something was wrong with it. (embarrassing) I called the store and they said they would credit two free pizzas to our name to make up for the mistake. I was pretty upset but there was nothing else that could be done in a reasonable time frame with a house full of people so accepted the offer. I called recently to order the two free pizzas that were supposedly noted on my account. When I called the store I was met with incredibly rude service that insinuated I was lying about the previous experience and the pizzas owed. (they had record of the order but not of the issue) They asked who I spoke to and I couldn't find the name so I told them I would call them back with the name. Once I found my notes from that previous experience I called back with more specifics and spoke to the a manager. Was told that "that wasn't the way they handled things." Was then told that I guy I spoke who promised the pizzas never worked there.... then backed up and said it had been a while since he worked there. It was again Insinuated that I was lying. Read moreThe app kept telling it was having technical issue so call the store and order. Woman who answered was very rude when I told her that the app was not working and that's why I was calling. After 1 hr 20 minutes my order still wasn't here and I only live 3 miles from the store. I called for the status of my order. She tells me the driver dropped it off about 20 minutes ago. My reply was that no one did as my door bell didn't ring and no one knocked on my door. She asked the driver on the background and he proceeds to tell her he didn't know he was supposed to. It says it in the notes to ring the door bell and who just leaves food without letting someone know it's there? She just said sorry and hung up. I go get my order from out front. Needless to say I'm annoyed and find my order is wrong. Call the store again, soak to the same woman who processed to tell me what I ordered. My response "you entered in the order, not me and it's incorrect." With an attitude she tells me that she will remake it and send it out. I've already waited an hour and a half, no thank you.
