One employee on the drive-thru doing 3 or 4 person job and that reflects on the item you get from what you ordered. I ordered 1 veggie egg bites, but they gave me bacon and cheese bites. The other order i ordered is egg and cheese on the multigrain bagel kind of dry, and the bagel is burnt. Hopefully, the franchisee or the corporate whoever owned the store should stop cutting staffing during peak hours. Employees are struggling to accommodate the rush.
This place is a classic example of business greed. Went here today becuase its close to my work, ordered multigrain bagle with veggie cream cheese and a small coffee with a shot of espresso with 2 creamer and 5 sugar on the side, I left the drive thru without checking the items and I found egg and cheese instead of veggie cheese and the coffee has too much cream and sugar. Since I dont eat eggs this month I had to trash the sandwich and drank half cup of coffee before discarding it. He was so rude and unprofessional with me that I chose to drive away and NOT get the latte I ordered because he couldn’t be bothered with my rewards app after I patiently tried multiple times to explain it to him, tried two different ways to scan the coupon on the app, he said “That’s not my problem”. Your problem is your lack of costumer service skills!!
I spend $100s at Dunkin, almost every day I get a coffee (the downingtown/Quarry Road location is the best and I will continue to support them) but I will NEVER give my $$ to the coatesville location again after you the way I was treated today.

No hello or anything like that. Which seems to be par for the course here. My coffee cup had coffee running down the side of it as they handed it to me. I also had a donut, and went to grab a napkin on the way out but the dispenser was empty. It was just after 9am and no one had filled the napkins. These are very easy correctable things.
