Little Anthony's Pizza & Grille — Restaurant in Caln Township

Ordered 2 orders of lemon pepper wings. Wings had no lemon pepper seasoning. Called and explained I was unhappy with order after I got home and tasted wings. The man was extremely rude, basically called me a liar and said he personally put the lemon pepper seasoning on wings. I expressed my dissatisfaction and went on to tell him I am a paying customer and I didn’t care if he personally made the food I was unhappy with it. Another gentleman got on the phone and told me he apologizes and I could bring the wings back. I told him I was already home and I wasn’t coming back because I do not live that close. He said I could return tomorrow and would give new wings. Fast forward til tomorrow….called and the same rude, ignorant man answered the phone and told me I’m making him lose money. Proceeded to tell me how much he has to pay for wings. All of which I have no care for. Very rude, arrogant, and that will be my last time I ever order from this restaurant again. If you can’t take the fact that every customer won’t be satisfied or maybe you simply made a mistake because we are human, get out of the restaurant business. That is not the way you treat your customers. I’ll never return or patronize this...

When I get a load to Coatesville, PA I know I’m going to be eating good for the next few days. A trip to Coatesville means the best pizza ever and a 12 in hoagie that is amazing usually but sometimes mistakes get made but it’s not an unforgivable mistake. I ordered my usual medium meat lovers pizza adding Canadian bacon, mushrooms and black olives and the special Italian hoagie which has pepperoni, capicola, Genoa salami, prosciutto and provolone cheese adding tomatoes, onions, pickles, bacon, mayo, spicy mustard, vinegar and oil and herein lies the mistake made today instead of the special Italian I got the American which is ham, Genoa salami, cooked salami, and American cheese with all my extras. I had it delivered so I’m stuck with the sandwich but they made it up to me by refunding the money I paid for it so I try a new sandwich for free. Every weekend I used to order food from there,until they messed up the food 2 many times.If wasn't the fries, or some other side order,or would b chicken wings sauce but last time the chicken was almost raw, saugy and with the wrong sauce.I called to complaint & the person that answered the phone kept asking me what I would like to have it done.I told him & he just asked again.I replied the same thing,a new order and this time done like I had requested. He said it would take 45 mts to have it done.Its not like they would be delivering it! Even me picking it up, it would be that long.
