I ordered a Texas double Whopper, a whopper Jr. and an 8 PC churro fries through the app for pickup at this Burger King on 127th Ashland. Here are the issues I had with this location; The drive thru was backed up and didn't move for over 15 minutes. I decided to walk in to pickup my order only to be served with an attitude. The store is completely understaffed. There was only 3 workers 1 in drive thru one on the grill and the manager. Because it was short staff the wait for my order was long. I get my meal, drive home and bite into my sandwich to find a random piece of plastic. I immediately drove back to the restaurant to get a refund only for the manager to tell me to go online and get a refund. NO apology, NO accountability. They just smirked at me and said "I don't know how to deal with that, we can't help you because it was an app order." SO basically if you order through app and your meal is screwed up the store would not help you. Read moreWent through the drive-thru on August 26th at 12:55 p.m. I ordered 4 Whoppers with cheese. When I got home I started eating it. As I chewed, something sharp stuck the roof of my mouth. I spat the food out and inspected it. And I found a sharp piece of plastic in it. I immediately called burger king and asked for the manager. I told her the issue and asked for a refund. She told me to come inside when I arrive and bring the piece of plastic with me. I put the evidence in a plastic bag and returned with it. The general magnet was pleasant and also took a picture of the sharp plastic piece. She also gave me the District Manager's contact information and I gave her mine. This particular Burger King location they have you sitting a few feet back before moving forward so I decided to ask, She acted like she didn't hear me and then said there was No reason. The Quality of this location speaks for it self, Years ago I could say it was a nice spot to go to, But now they don't care who they hire, Hair Not done, attitude is terrible and they have No control.
