Dunkin' — Restaurant in Calumet Township

Wow I am shocked that Dunkin donuts is more expensive than Starbucks! I came here because I had a long drive ahead. I ordered a medium iced Americano and it came to nearly 6 bucks!!!! They ar even cheaper at Starbucks. I asked for a splash of oat milk, they charged me for that? It barely changed the color of the drink. It was full of ice so it was super watered down. I could see getting charged for oat milk if they put more than a drop. It literally barely changed the color. I should've just went to Starbucks, for 6 bucks I could've got a latte or something. Iced Americano are usually on the cheaper side because it's just water and espresso. I drank this as fast as I could and I was STILL YAWNING!!! idk if they gave me decaf or what because it didn't feel like even 1 mg of caffeine was in the cup. If I drink Starbucks I am like wired! It was an act of desperation because I was passing through and just needed a pick me up to drive. I will never patron any Dunkin donuts again. It's so expensive like I thought it was supposed to be cheaper than the fancier coffee places but it wasn't. And the coffee doesn't have caffeine or idk it was so watered down but I chugged it and was yawning like crazy still. I've been all over the country to a lot of coffee houses, and never got charged 6 bucks for an iced Americano. Big mistake. I'll never go to one again! 0...

First and foremost I tell myself every time to not stop here rather drive to the other one in Highland but I shouldn't have to as it's nearest my home. I was on way to school it was prime Dunkin time for most about 730a - I decided to try a smoothie as I was running behind myself and didn't make one. The price didn't so much bother me but I asked for tropical banana she let me pay then tells me sorry out of banana and wasn't going to offer anything to substitute- meanwhile her family was running around the business they appeared to have been getting free food as well. Now I paid 6.99 for this medium smoothie in which was not fresh it was all sugar syrup plus I asked for strawberries she poured more sugar syrup in. I thought okaybe it'll be ok left frustrated but didn't let it ruin my day. I get on highway 😭 sooooooo nasty!!!! Never going back. I almost dropped it back off to them to request refund but my day did not allow it. On the other hand whenever I have went to simply get coffee I always ask for flavor and cream only u can't screw that up but they are notorious for doing it always so so sweet have to water it down. Like there isn't a Dunkin in the history of my Dunkin experience that is this horrible plus the workers are unprofessional and rude. Not pleasant at all. No...

So… it’s most-def hit or miss. My Partner and I went-in for a dozen donuts (… that price increase though!), and’d wound-up picking-out at least seven replacements since most of the donuts we originally-ordered were out-of-stock — low + nonexistent stock (that no one’s made aware of until after ordering!), and being lashed-out at for pointing-out a wrong order, is yet-another uber-common occurrence at this Dunkin’, even after multiple years.

But, this employee assisting us was polite — that’s the Manager’s Son? — and apologized for the low stock, while the Manager aka. my Former Boss stared at me like I had had a second head sprouting-from my torso, the entire time, which made me extremely-uncomfortable, just to say the least.

Honestly? I’d ran-from that store years ago (toxic management, an overall toxic environment), and try to make sure to avoid going unless absolutely-necessary, especially because she isn’t ashamed about sometimes nagging former-employees into considering coming-back and/or sending someone else to try to do it for her, despite knowing damn-well that that employee left...
