The cook personally packed my order and assured me that I would be satisfied after my warning that when it comes to food, I am about the business of flavor, quality, and freshness. He did not dissapoint me and produced chunky, meaty, bite-sized chunks of moist, juicy, finger-licking, and fall-apart tender tips with rich, smoky flavor that was exceptionally succulent and flavorful with every bit. The crispy, flavorful bark locked in the moisture, contrasting it with the tender meat. A combination of meat and cartilage, with a bit of fat, delivered that intense, deep pork flavor of robust smoky goodness. The meat was well seasoned, but not overpowered by the seasoning and sauce (I asked for sauce on the side to truly get a feel for the quality of the smoked meat). The sauce was sweet and tangy. The portion was ample, and the cut fries had a golden-brown exterior with some potato skin and a hot, fluffy, soft interior.

Prices were reasonable. Staff was pleasant and cook not afraid to interact with customers. Keep up smoking great meats and providing great services with consistentcies. I would love to see more of a variety of comfort sides such as collards, sweet potatoes, okra, etc., so my ask is for chef to get creative and......I almost dinged a star cause I gotta ask...where are the...

I visted for the first tim today. I wil say that the young lady at the counter was very friendly & kind. She was also very patient with whomever was calling in an order. They didn't seem to know what they wanted but she was gracious & didn't rush them and I respect that. I ordered a large pork rib tip & the food in my opinion lacked flavor and had almost no sauce, my hands were greasy and not saucy as I expected. I was told that my wait would only be 5 minutes but it was more like 10 minutes but the wait was reasonable although it wasn't crowded.

There were some meaty rib but some were chopped very thin with almost no meat and lots of bones. The fries were underneath the meat which was fatty so they were greasy and I didn't eat most of them. Overall, I had mixed emotions & I intend to their food again. With the high cost of living and no increase in pay I expect good value when I eat out because I can usually cook that same meal at home for less.

I was full so the value was decent but not outstanding in my opinion. I think it's worth a try to see for yourself though. I hope that my experience on the food is the exception and...

I was working in Miller Beach. I had smelled wood smoke and BBQ in the air at Lake St and US 12 / 20. Did a Google search found them hidden behind the Dollar General. The girl who took my order was very friendly. I ordered the 1/2 slab of ribs which comes with fries. When my order was ready I went to grab the bag...wow!! It was HEAVY!!! They gave an excellent portion size! The rib meat pulled off the bone, was very tasty. The fries were drizzled with the BBQ sauce. Also tasted excellent! They also gave the 2 slices of white bread. While I was eating in, the girl behind the counter asked me how my food was. I love these types of mom & pop places! I highly recommend them!!!
