DO NOT GO here if you’re big on communication, professionalism and don’t mind waiting for the store to open and close regardless of what’s posted. I went to the store on a Monday for jewelry repair and I was advised it would be ready that Thursday. That Thursday I called to see if it was ready so I could pick it up on my lunch break. I’m about 10-15 miles from the store and again on break. The lady said yes with an attitude and could I hurry up because she has to leave to go to the bank, already got a lot of customers. I was literally parking in front of the store when she said this. Walked in and no customers maybe 1 family member. I inquired about the store hours posted 1pm to 7pm why I’m rushed at 3pm. Her response was this is a family owned for 20yrs those hours are sometimes and your jewelry NOT ready (after confirming it was) and do I want it back. Since I already wasted time with her I opt to let her take longer regardless of the lack of communication. Her lack of professionalism definitely ruined any future business with me, she had about 10 pair of earrings and nothing else on display I would’ve purchased the gold hoops if this incident did not occur. 20yrs yeah definitely wasn’t her in the forefront.

Warning: Do not buy from this store!!! I purchased a gold cross from Alejandra. Once I paid for the cross, there were all kinds of excuses given by Alejandra regarding why she couldn't give me the cross. I called the store she kept giving me excuse after excuse. One time I called she even answered the phone and hung up in my face. She was avoiding me. Most of the time I would call and call. There was no answer. Then sometimes when Alejandra would answer the phone she would say in a rude way I am with a customer in order to hurry up and get me of the phone.The list of excuses she gave me included she has to do her taxes, she just came from out of town, and then she finally said oh I lost the cross. The only way she told me she lost the cross is when I called. I asked her why didn't she call me and tell me that she lost it, but she ignored my question. I don't even believe it was so called lost. That was just a lie. Then she said she could make a replica or copy of it. But my question is how do you know how the cross looked if you supposedly lost it. If you so called lost it, you wouldnt remember how it looked to make another one from scratch.That was a bunch of lies that I still don't believe. I finally was given a refund. So I live in blue Island and the whole time I live in blue Island I was unaware that we had a jury store just had close so I googled and walked in in today was my first time ever stepping foot and the actual jewelry store. The owner was amazing. She helped me with making sure my necklace got fixed, but also she had the most amazing jewelry. Whatever you want and or looking for she had it upon request. It’s really important to me to give back to the community I live in. I got three pieces today and wakes out happy that I have Exactly what I wanted.
