999 Pizza — Restaurant in Camarillo

My 8 year old daughter has been wanting to try this place for some time, so my wife and I decided today was the day. We ordered a Lil munchies for our daughter, and the Hawaiian bbq for us. Along with some buffalo wings and potato wedges. The pizza was barely warm when we received it, and I am not exaggerating. The potato wedges were very under seasoned, and the wings were chewy. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the delivery service. The pizza definitely has potential, if we had been able to try it freshly made, I think it would have been outstanding. The wedges and wings I think just more effort in the little details. It is difficult to ruin these appetizers but they were not edible. Chewy wings are terrible and wedges that taste like a plain potato...

First off, the number on google that you call is to Pizza Man Dan's. And apparently people call the number so often that the lady that answered the phone has the number to 999 Pizza so you can order through them. I felt bad even asking for the number. However, the pizza is so basic. No flavor at all. It tastes like frozen dough. And I ordered extra sauce but definitely didn't get it. I would prefer Topper's every day. I also ordered a Veggie sandwich with pepperoncinis and was told that they would come on the side and they definitely did not. Will...

I just tried this pizza for the first time. Admittedly, I was skeptical about the quality given the price and was pleasantly surprised! My go-to when trying a new pizza place is always half cheese half pepperoni. IMO, you have to get the basics right. Though it was a Door Dash order with an additional stop, the pizza came hot and it was soooo delicious. Not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews, it was good pizza and such a great deal.
