Overpriced. Sign on window says "Beats Internet Prices " It doesn't say anything about restrictions. I bought a mod unit and it was at full MRP. Afterward I found the same item on several online sites for about 45% less. They told me that the USB cable in the kit was for charging. This is wrong! The batteries have to be charged in a separate unit. Since the mod I bought was at the highest suggested retail price, about double the price online and I was inconvenienced and had to go back the next day to buy the battery charger I thought they should comp the charger. The employee called her manager to see what he would do for me. He said the statement on the window only applied to the manufacturer's online site. Even so, they didn't beat their online price. The store price was the highest/full price, the same as the online price. That constitutes false advertising! The manager offered me only 15% off the charger. Terrible customer service, especially for a customer who spent about $250 the day before. I will never go back to Wild Side. I went to the one in Camarillo. I advise everyone to avoid this store. Shop online!!! Since the customers (about 6 within 20 minutes) were spending on the average of only 5 - 10 dollars, they really should have treated someone spending over $250 with a greater sense of appreciation and given me the $47 charger for free. I wish I could say I've had a purchase from here that lasted longer than a few months...or days in this case

2 times I've come in on different occasions to be sold items that have been defective. Whether it be cracked glass or just plain stopped working. They don't sell quality items unless you want to pay ungodly sums of money for the few brand name non glass devices.

Their staff is not up to date with modern Cannabis Culture technology, especially Dry Herbal vapes, Dabbing technology/Innovations, and most importantly...prices.

I'll give them a pass on a few things they've tried to push on me but ultimately when they say "Dude you're not gonna find anything that this doesn't do about the same." They mean than what they have in their store...

Unfortunately they're a needed evil in Camarillo because they have the largest selection without possibly having to order online and waiting. You'll pay in 2nd rate devices & materials and more than it's worth paying but sometimes you need things.

You cannot count on the employees to be honest so go in KNOWING what you want or the combination of lack of knowledge & wanting a sales commission check will sway them from helping you find what you're looking for. That or they just ignore what your interests are.

Wildside tends to have the name brand stuff for cheaper than mom and pop. If you want no label glass that will last it'll probably be a little more difficult to do here but I've certainly found a few gems. They have quarterly sales on glass and different products which is a good time to go to get your first piece. It's a good time to get one for you and a friend or hang onto the second one use it or sell it later. I wish they would stock some more unique items like SIC products. It would be nice to see some sampling type events like the delta 8 flower event back in April. I could see a lot of people showing up for onsite samples if possible not sure where the law is at on that. Overall a consistent and...
