I patronize this store regularly but have never seen the lady who calls herself the general manager named ERIKA. All my other visits were great. Happy & helpful employees, my order made correctly & FRESH FRIES.
On this visit, I asked the employee at the register for an extra piece of paper on my DBL Jack Cheeseburger because the last time it dripped thru on my blouse & car seat. The employee said the manager doesn’t allow that. Then I asked for extra pickle & onion as I always do.
My burger had 4 thin pickles & no onion & my fries were old, wilted & cold when they used to ALWAYS be fresh. And I have always got several thin pickles & enough onion because it is a huge burger.
I told the same employee about the pickles & no onion & the really bad fries & asked for fresh fries & that I’d wait for them to cook.
Then a lady named ERIKA I’ve never seen before who heard my conversation approached me & said she was the GM & I’d have to pay 64 cents for more pickles & onions which I did, but she refused to cook me fresh fries & gave me the same old fries.
She was VERY RUDE & HOSTILE. She had a hostile look on her face before I even spoke with her or asked about the pickles, onions & fries!!!
I saw all the employees were afraid of her & unhappy. Before this day, when ERIKA WASN’T there the employees were happy & helpful. Now they are quiet & don’t smile like they always used to.
ERIKA is ruining that place & abusing the employees & not allowing them to give good customer service like always before. She is angry & confrontational for NO REASON AT ALL.
The employees are miserable even tho I’m sure they won’t admit it for fear of their job. When I asked for the extra piece of paper on my burger they all put their heads down with a sad look on their face.
When I asked why I couldn’t have the extra piece of paper, the cashier raised both of her arms in the air as to say she knew it was wrong but couldn’t do anything about it.

Read moreLocation: Verdugo. Camarillo. I often find myself gravitating towards this particular fast food vendor due to its convenient location and late-night operating hours. Almost every other day, around 22:30, just before heading to work, I make a stop there. Typically, I encounter the same employee taking my order. However, lately, it seems like he grows weary of my frequent visits at that hour, becoming visibly irritated.
On 11/16/23, around 22:59, I noticed three individuals standing at the counter, exchanging mocking remarks among themselves. Although their comments were not directly aimed at me, it was clear that they were making fun of something or someone else. Strangely, I was the only customer present at the time. Such behavior from the staff is highly unprofessional and disheartening. I cannot help but feel that their amusement is targeted at me due to my consistent order of the same item, which I do simply because it suits my preferences.
If the staff dislikes having a regular customer like me, perhaps it is time for them to seek alternative employment. Passing judgment and making derogatory remarks without any grounds to support them is simply unjustifiable, especially in that profession. I'm not trying to degrade; just suggesting to be...
Read moreThey messed up our order at the drive thru, we ordered curly fries instead of regular fries. We went back in the drive thru to get it fixed and Elizabeth, who I am assuming is the manager, handled it horribly. She said we would have to pay the difference, when I told her I believe we already paid she showed me the receipt and we had only paid for 1 of them. Which wasn’t there. She said “I’m going to need those fries so I can throw them away” I thought that was so funny, I’ve never had a place do this when they’ve messed up. Also, when the young man who worked there questioned her demands of taking the fries back, because it was their mistake she says “do what I say!”. I won’t be coming back, that’s fine. But, just wanted whoever is working above Elizabeth, who worked Thursday 3/9 at around 4:30, to maybe talk to her about dealing with these situations...
