Love Pho N' Mor — Restaurant in Camarillo

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! As a returning customer I am sadly disappointed with Pho Camarillo. After a long shift my wife had me order out as per normal and I had never had issues with this restaurant. We order several items totaling over 70.00 as always the food look good and prepared. But today my wife found a hair in the SPRING ROLLS. When I called to complain they offered to make another. I simply stated we live over 40min away. Can you please just deduct the rolls. The expectation from them was for me to return the next day and bring in the rolls as proof. So instead you guys I'm providing yo u with wonderful pictures of the hair that in my spring roll. All I want was a reimbursement for my rolls nothing else and because I live so far. I will now be filing a dispute and hopefully saving the sample for the health department. I don't understand why you would not want to make this right. I'm a returning customer and my purchases are usually around 60.00+ I want you to know I will get my money back. It's not the amount of money because 12.00 can be spent on coffee it the principal your not willing to make it right. Hope that this will teach you how to be courteous and willing to help people. From the creators of Pho Oxnard comes Love Pho N' Mor, a story about a Pho Restaurant making it in Camarillo and showing people what Vietnamese food is all about. For me I give this place two thumbs up which is equivalent to 5 stars.

To get my pho on I had to travel all the way into Oxnard because that is where the pho was flowing. Thank goodness my work wasn't far away from the place but on weekends, especially when I was super lazy and craving, it was a no go. Then Love Pho N' Mor popped up!! This place is as good as it's sister restaurant, Pho Oxnard.

The servers are super friendly, the food is amazing ( the pho hits the spot and if you're not into that their egg noodles soups will do the trick), and I have to say it has THE best coconut milk tea that has EVER existed. Their appetizers are perfectly seasoned, sorry I can't name all of it or this review will take forever and a day. I have been to this place more than several times and it is consistent in price, taste, and service.

There hasn't been a time where I was upset and this place stands out when you're trying to get your Asian fix and all you view is a sea full of sushi restaurants nearby. Food was ok, but the customer service was awful. Someone only spoke to me without me asking was when I ordered and the check.The lady who drop off my soup did a run by it barely hit the table and the guy who drop off the check same thing. I would have left a really nice tip if I knew to whom.They went by all the tables except me to chk on them or ask if they needed anything. I actually did need a straw and wanted to order more but only got a straw drop after. stopping the guy because no one ever came by not even the waiter neversaw again. I paid attention to see if they would. I was going to blame it on busy but they stop by everyone around me 3 or 4x without them asking. I was never rude and I barely spoke to anyone for them not too.
