McDonald's — Restaurant in Camarillo

The worst McDonalds food I've ever tasted has come from this place. Six or seven years ago, I decided that I'm done with McDonalds in general when chicken salads came out dry and thrown together, and when they started watering down their coffee. However, I will pickup a fish filet sandwich around this time of year since my wife has an affinity for them and they are cheaper during Lint. Last Friday was the last day for this, so I picked up one for her and two for me. Both of my sandwiches had stale buns and almost no tarter sauce. One of the buns was so bad, it crumbled in my hands as I tore away the worst part. My guess is that these sandwiches were made in bulk with many others and sat in a warmer for well over an hour. This is what McDonalds has become. This particular location has sunk even lower than the average McDonalds. If you absolutely must go to McDonalds, visit the one on Las Posas (near the 101 Freeway) or the one in Mission Oaks. Stay away from this...

YEAP IT STARTED IN THE DRIVE UP WINDOW. I asked to cooked another chicken sandwich it was full of grease and dark by recooking it. So the entire front staff got up set. So the lady asked do you want us to recook the whole order. Okay FOR SURE. BUT!! They recooked my fish sandwich and put black like dirt outside and in my sandwich. I asked no cheese and light tare sauce They put cheese on it . My hamburger was ordered light ketchup and mustard. 1st one was running over with ketchup and its was all over the paper. they recooked it and put lots of pickles and onions which I didn't want. originally I asked for my money back. The manager said I'll fixed it. It just didn't happen,Nope!!. I return with more problems So the manager gave me my money back and two cards. THESE YOUNG PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO WORK. The food is standard McDonald’s food so I gave it a 5. The service is great. The people who work there are wonderful.

The atmosphere is not great. The new owners, Marroquin aka McMarro Family has changed the vibe. Not for the better. Admittedly I still go there from time to time for my kids. I feel like they know people will still come so that’s why they don’t care. Refusing to take a customers order inside the restaurant is absurd. An employee told me they’d get in trouble if they took my order when I pressed them. i don’t want to navigate that computer board with 4 small kids. Two of them try to touch it while I’m ordering.
