9/23/2018 my family and I went to have breakfast here. Arrived 9:50am. 1 hour and 10 minutes later we still never got our food!!! Several customers who arrived after us received their food. At 1 point I had to get a gentleman's attention (manager/owner) just to get coffee and drinks. After our order was taken and about 20 minutes later, our waitress came out a tell my wife they don't have Kielbasa sausage anymore. My wife said to give her ham instead. The Manager I believe comes out with an order, places the tray next to us and starts asking who had what. Huess what? it wasn't even our order!!! Still no food, nor did anyone ask if we wanted a refill on our coffee and drinks. I got the hostess attention and asked for a manager because we have been waiting an hour and still no food. The hostess went to talk to our waitress and I could see tha the waitress seemed upset that we had the audacity to question where our food was. No one came over to our table to explain anything. At that point I said time to leave! The worst service I have ever experienced!!! Over 1 hour of waiting, no food. We just moved to Camarillo a month ago and tonight was our first time visiting. Warm welcome to my family and I, in a clean environment and a full dining room at 6 PM. We assumed it was going to be excellent considering the prices and all the people eating there. I can't even judge past the cup of tortilla soup though which our waiter John was so kind to remove from the bill because it was SUPER salty. It's homemade so I am guessing it doesn't always taste that way. Something you just forgive and forget about and move forward. Our potato skins were not really hot when they came out either and they weren't fully cooked. We ate them anyway because we were starving after our long day. The filet mignon my husband got was good he said but left the veggies on the plate as they didn't really compliment the steak. My son's bacon cheeseburger was perfect and so were his fries. All in all we liked our basket of bread and our waiter more than the food so we tipped him well and left. May not be back again but who knows. Ya gotta try everything in life...

Rics delivers a solid experience with a few standout moments. The goat pizza was excellent—unique, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal 🍕. The wings were cooked just right, but the lemon pepper and bourbon dry rub options fell flat. Both lacked the punch and distinct flavor you’d expect based on their descriptions.

Cocktails were a pleasant surprise—refreshing and well-balanced, especially the peach mango mule which hit the mark 🍑. The ambiance is a step above your typical sports bar—clean, upbeat, and well put together. What really pushes the rating up is the service—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
