Wingstop — Restaurant in Camarillo

DO NOT GO HERE. I RECIEVED A WING WITH MANY FEATHERS STILL ATTATCHED. This place is unacceptably horrible and disgusting. I am seriously NOT over exaggerating. I really don't like to be critical of food establishments like this because i know its a difficult gig and we all have our off days. But this place is nothing but off days. From incredibly incorrect orders to very disgusting kitchen maintenance it is clear something is not right with this place. The staff will blatantly ignore you and make you wait. Online ordering is a joke! Ended up waiting 30 minutes AFTER my approximated pick up time. My order has been completely wrong multple times now. I have been SHORTED wings and given mixed when i specifically paid extra for flats only. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your meal. Anywhere else will...

I ordered 20 Harissa Lemon Pepper wings via the App, and the e-mail confirmed this. An order was ready at the time the e-mail said. Upon getting it home, the wings were all Plain. I called back due to the incorrect order, and the person on the phone was very apologetic. They stated that they would start cooking the correct order immediately and that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I went to go pick up the order at the time they said, and they had not begun to cook the correct order. The second person I spoke to was apologetic, and said they would bring out the correct order in 20 minutes. I confirmed with both the people I spoke to Harissa Lemon Pepper wings, more than one time. They gave me the Cajun wings. I think I will try any other place before I order...

Edited 3/15/22. We craved wings even though we were afraid of a repeat of last time and were surprised by how great the visit was. Joylynn the manager that helped us, is amazing at her job. She delegated tasks and took control of the lazy employees and made them better while being respectful to them. She was by far the friendliest worker at any restaurant I’ve been to during covid. The website didnt show that we paid for our food even though the funds were taken from our account. Joylynn was able to find our transaction and verify we paid. She even gave us complimentary drinks for the hassle and made sure we left happy. She is the reason we’ll be returning...
