Arby's — Restaurant in Cambridge

I was on an seven hour trip to Maryland and decided to stop by to grab a bite and stretch my legs. I tried the cajun fish sandwich and it was horrible. The sauce was all separated and the sandwich was cold. I ended up sick the last two hours of my trip. **I also think it is important to note two things, (1) that I do not eat much fast food, so this could be the reason for my illness, and (2) I chose to eat the sandwich even though it looked a little sketchy. Being on the road I didn't want to turn back and chose to eat my sandwich.

While I was disappointed in my sandwich, my fries were fresh and hot.

Additionally, their restrooms were uncleanly. They have single stall restrooms which is a plus. However, they had a foul odor, dirty toilet, and sticky floors.

The next statement is only my personal preference and has nothing to do with my rating. This restaurant does not have paper towels in the restroom to dry your hands. If you are anything like me and hate touching those bathroom handles, don't forget to bring in your own paper towels. I always have a little baggy in the car for...

Wow!!! Well I havent been to arbys since the remodel, I wont be back for a while either. They have changed the menu completely. I get it change is needed but removing items that are a staple at this resturant? The person taking the order couldnt understand what we were asking for. The food...gross. order a bacon, beef and cheddar they give you a burger??!! Loaded curly fries??!! Don't worry we took those off the menu too. Arbys classic, guess you get what you pay for... Dont even get me started on the shakes. An order of curly fries gets you tiny overcooked peices that have set under a heat lamp for who knows how long? Overall it wont bother me to ever go back. This is just my opinion and everyone has one. They lost a paying family tonight. BTW order extra napkins what they dont spare is liquid...

Orderd a cheddar classic asked for no red suace and before I could even finish the girl working the drive-thru abruptly interupted and said there is no red sauce its plain so calmly I said ok , got mu sandwich and no cheddar !!!!! Took it back and the girl said thats what we orderd so with confusion I said I orderd a classic "CHEDDAR" I proceeded to tell I thought the title of the sandwich was pretty self explanatory I guess not she embarrassed is by almost demanded we open the sandwich and check it to see if there was cheddar on a cheddar classic my mind was blown when she said people order the beef and cheddar with no cheddar with a tone . the food was awesomenlike always service...
