If this is the one in Cambridge it was a horrible experience. We normally go to Tlaquepaque wherever we go. This is the only time we have ever had bad food. Our cheese dip was very cold thankfully the chips were actually how so it was okay I guess. Then my wife's margita had the alcohol and mix were separated.
When I got my tacos de carne asada the tortilla was cold and so was the meat. I asked them to remake the food, and instead I could tell it was microwaved by looking at it.
I got onions and cilantro instead of pico, but the onions were literally boiling, the meat was way too touch, the cilantro was wilted. Also, has anyone ever microwaved a tortilla before? It was painfully obvious that it was microwaved. The only saving grace was that our waitress was amazing and very understanding. They also comped the order, my wife's food was warm but not cold.
I did notice that the menu was a bit different than other ones I have been too. The meals only came with rice or beans depending on which meal was ordered, but all of the other locatins I have been...
Read moreAlways had a good experience dining in. My husband wanted to go eat there, but I'm 5 months pregnant and did not feel like leaving the house, so we decided to get to go for the first time. I will assure you it will be our last time. My husband arrived and asked about the order. The person at the register made him pick out our order in a pile of several other orders. It's very uncomfortable touching other people's food. He then paid with one person and left. He walked halfway across the parking lot and a gentleman, I am assuming a manager, chased him out the door, yelling. He accused my husband of not paying. He didn't pay with this gentleman, he paid with someone else. So my husband had to go back in and prove he paid. The manager did apologize but it is incredibly embarrassing of being accused of stealing in front of other people with this man yelling that he didn't...
Read moreI was on my way to Pennsylvania from Kansas City and at the end of a long day of driving. This place caught my eye because the name was that of an art district in Sedona Arizona, a first trip destination for my wife and I. Stared at the menu for longer than I really needed to, there's a lot of choices there. Settled on the Tlaquepaque burrito, there's a reason it carries the name of the place! That was amazing, and the chips were perfect salsa rice shovels. I wish now I'd had more time to linger, dine in, give those margaritas a test. I have this place pinned on a map of will-go-again places the next time I come through. Thanks guys! Stealth camping in the back of a van was so...
