Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Ohio

Let’s simply start off by saying that I’m not the type to write a review. Never. But I am by far LIVID about the whole situation from last night. Yesterday a group of 10 other people and I went into the restaurant just before 9pm there was maybe one or two other tables in the whole restaurant AND 2 people at the bar. After a half an hour of sitting there, we finally ordered our food. The waitress DID NOT REFILL OUR DRINKS AT ALL DURING THE WHOLE VISIT. Another 30 minutes go by and 8 of the 11 of us got our food. ANOTHER 15 MINUTES GOES BY and the waitress comes up to the 3 of us without food and goes “Did they not bring you your food?” In a very clueless ditsy voice. She went back up to the computer only to realize she didn’t put our order in. Fine. Whatever. BUT NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED TO US. She came back up to me and said “we are out of Mac n cheese”. At this point my hangry self said “okay? Take it off my bill then? That doesn’t explain why none of us have any food.” She responded with attitude saying “I know”. Still no apology. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES GOES BY and we finally get our food. Still no refills. Everyone at the table was finished eating before we EVER even got our food reordered. The girl sitting across from me told her she refused to pay for her food after the awful service and she wanted to speak to the manager. NOT ONE TIME DID WE HEAR A WORD FROM THE MANAGER. We proceeded to ask for our bill IN WHICH IT TOOK HER ANOTHER 30-45 MINUTES TO GET THE BILLS. Another girl at our table finally got up and said “I have friends who need to be up at 3:30 and 5 in the morning and we wanted to go home at least an hour ago.” The MANAGER, a lady with long dark curly hair, PROCEEDED TO GIVE HER ATTITUDE AND DIRTY LOOKS AND SAID “we are working on it”. Mind you, this was the point when we had asked for our bills 30 minutes ago. The manager never said a word to the rest of us, AND all we got was $5 TAKEN OFF OF ALL OF OUR MEALS?!?!? THAT’S HONESTLY TOTALLY BS. The people (including myself) that didn’t get our food until long after everyone else was done, didn’t get anything at all extra taken off. That was by far the WORST service I’ve EVER had at a place of business. I am a waitress at a business in town so I know that sometimes it can be stressful and the bigger the party, the harder it is. HOWEVER that was unacceptable. Not one apology or effort from the manager. HOURS of sitting there. And with a waitress who has NO OTHER TABLES???? Shouldn’t we be her priority??? Needless to say I will NEVER eat there again. The food isn’t that great anyway but it was absolutely pathetic and corporate has been notified of the...

The upfront service was not that great..... tried to order online, said "orders $25 or more get free delivery " after putting my order together, that took some time, upon check out, said "we are experiencing technical difficulties, please check back later". So, we called and placed our order ($45). When I arrived to pick up my order ( 5-10 minutes after it should be ready), NO BODY was there to take my payment. As I waited, another individual walked in for takeout, I asked if I should make a scene? After all, they had a grand total of five people in the restaurant. He laughed, and said "maybe "?. After waited for some time, I asked, "shall I go find someone?!" So I did. The individual I found said that she was not sure where the cashier was,..... I made the joke that I can see my food ready and getting cold, maybe I should just grab it and go. Long story a little longer, when we get back to our room, the order was missing some items that should be standard ( dressing for the salad) all that to be said, I called the manager and explained the frustration that I had with the overall experience and she is trying to...

They seem to always be out of what I want, and the wait time is extremely long....but the meal I got was delicious! I'll correct the previous-my meal was edible. I decided to give BW's another try. My team went early to get a table and order. I arrived about 15 later. Drinks were served, but no napkins or silver and straws had to be corrected. Meals came out about 20 minutes later (so a total of 35-40 minute wait, and one of my team members didn't get her meal. (the waitress forgot to put the order in). We were done eating before hers was even delivered. I asked the waitress for our bill 10 minutes before I had to leave for a scheduled appointment. 5 minutes later, I look back to see her chatting with another waitress. I walked clear to the back and asked to be checked out because I had to leave (no apology for playing around instead of doing her job), and she handed me the requested "to go" boxes. Is this really what you want to be known for??? Do better BW's. Train your folks, or do you really just want to cater to the after dinner...
