The team working the closing shift on 2/17/23 are wonderful. I had an issue with the app- I placed my order at 12:25 am & by 1;00, the tracking hadn’t changed from order placed. I went to the window to ask & they had no record of my order (probably a hiccup in the system) but after making them aware, they did everything they could to get me out of there as quickly as possible, were very kind & helpful, & made my food completely fresh. It was the best experience I’ve had dealing with customer service/fast food in quite sometime. It seems so minuscule, “it’s their job to be like that” whatever, but the three who were at the window seem like very genuine hard working people & their kindness did not seem obligatory. If I could give yall a ZERO I sure would! Around noon today! I know yall remember!!! You're rude! Every single one of you! All those poor door dashers waiting for orders, and yall kept pushing the door dash orders. Them guys was waiting for 45 minutes and then you get rude and yell. Yes, that guy was right, you don't have to be rude. If you don't like your job, quit! Corporate will hear all about this. The door dash times are going to show how long the wait was, the video cctv will show all them waiting. And hopefully they have sound. You people play around and are nasty with your attitude. Funny writing this review that will be under the picture of a perfect looking taco. To start with, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong number meal. Tried verifying on their website what I ordered and that number didn’t exist.
I drive back up there and they technically gave me what I ordered in theory. 3 tiny soft tacos with a squirt of sour crème at the end for your last bite and a soda. For $10 wish I would have taken pictures so all can see what a $2.50 taco looked like. Nobody minds paying for quality, Wally’s is $19 for take out and I get enough for two meals for that
