Arby's — Restaurant in Cambridge

I would give Arby's a 5 star, however, it seems that lately the waiting time has been much longer then it should be. I mean 5 - 10 minutes I can handle but today for example 25 minutes just isn't acceptable. Last time we ate there with so many cars believe 8 in line I thought go inside be maybe couple min faster. Boy was I wrong. Again watching the time after already standing there for at least 5 minutes it was 23 minutes, so that be 28 min. Way to long. Arby's what's going on. You really have to give the employees credit. I drive by this place every single day and the Drive-Thru line is literally wrapped around the store. I stopped in the other evening and the line was wrapped around the store. The employees did a great job of trying to accommodate everybody. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and when I finally got my food a gentleman came out to me and handed me a card for a free meal because I had to wait so long for my food. I thanked the gentleman for the free meal and simply told him to keep up...

Food was great like normal service sucked. Person took order and went out to clean and stock but basically 1 person show putting down fries and potato cake and chicken strips and delivering orders and filling the drive up window orders. Couple people sitting eating and 6 deep in drive thru. Waiting inside for order was not reasonable at about 15 minutes. SMH. WASN'T HAPPY AT ALL.
