Cambridge House of Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

just ordered a large cheese pizza from here the pizza has some kind of plastic melted into the cheese, I call back to politely ask for this situation to be fixed, I was told after getting a delivery to my home and leaving my driver with a tip that I could “Bring the pizza back so he could see it” I told the man who answered the phone I would not be able to bring it tonight which is the reason I had it delivered in the first place instead of apologizing to a customer that gets food there offen he tells me “ No there is no way there is anything wrong with the pizza, it’s a regular cheese pizza what could be wrong with it”. So now I’m sitting here absolutely disgusted and out of 28 dollars for a plastic cheese pizza. Rude Disrespectful and not how you should handle...

I ordered takeout at Cambridge House of Pizza since I’d been seeing it on walks in the area. It always smelled SOOOO good. I decided to check it out. The service was really good. There were only two people working, but they were nice, chatted and got orders out quickly.

I ordered a pepperoni calzone. Which was good. It had the nice salty cheesy unhealthy feeling but didn’t give heartburn and wasn’t overly greasy. I will definitely be back to order from here again.

Note on price: it was $13 which felt mostly reasonable.

Edit: I went back for an olive pizza a few days ago and it was pretty good, but not as good as the calzone. I wanted to order one of the specialty pizzas, but those are more expensive than some at artisinal places,...

I wouldn't know if their pizza is good b.c the customer service I got for the first two second of me having walked in to this place, for the first time was so horrible I thought I was asking for a hand out instead of trying to purchase food. I walked in, again for the first time, to this establishment a bearded dark haired fellow saw that I had walked in, said that they were closing in five mins and turned his back and walked away. If that's the case then the doors should have already been locked if your going to treat customers like that. Thanks for offering me the worse experience ever at this establishment!
