I just purchased a Strawberry Açaí refresher and cheese danish. The employee, Naj had to take their headphones off and put down their phone to wait on me. Then asked me how to make the refresher. I explained I don’t work there, nor have I ever, and had no clue. Then they sold me a cheese danish with a Discard sticker of 6/16 on it. Which is today. I pointed this out and asked for another. I came in on 2 occasions to order a Frappuccino an 1hr 1/2 before their closing time (7:00pm) and the employees said that they already finished cleaning the tools they use so they can’t make my drink. My last visit there, I asked the employee why there is no consistency and she stated that it depends on who the employee is which isn’t helpful at all. Starbucks please...
