Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Camden

This place there service is so weak I call for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter and after a hole hour I call because they was taking so long and I ask how long u guys gonna take to bring my food they tell me that the driver got lost I live in north Gate the only building in the city how they don't know the area 2nd they make me wait another 20 min. I call again because they wasn't here still they come and toll me that they was calling so I toll theme so I guess I eating my pizza cold he was like let me talk to my manager call me again telling me that the manager said that he can refund me the money??? I wait for a hole hour in 45 min and the driver got lost u guys never call my phone and u wanna refund my money I'm hungry just got surgery that same day after like 10 min they arrived with this cold ass pizza the manager dint give me no options I pay with my card so I didn't ask for my money because I wasn't gonna wait 7 business day to have my money back in my card and I was hungry and I didn't have no other choice but this is gonna be my last time that I buy from this place because they don't have no consideration on there...

I just ordered some food and I was expecting to get some delicious decent food and I was checking my food like a normal person would and I look closely and see a fried bug I’m not sure what type of bug it is but still I’m still disappointed and disgusted I spent 56 dollars on this food and I don’t normally order out and when I do it’s when I have it, I called the Domino’s in Downtown Camden and I asked kindly if I could get some help maybe get another I didn’t even ask for a refund the guy who was on the phone told me in his exact words “what do you want me to do about it” and I asked if I could get another one and basically the guy didn’t want to do his job in his exact words he also said “ I honestly don’t feel like doing it” personally if it was me working there I would do it 💯 It may seem like I’m being dramatic but at the same time we I don’t want to get sick me and my husband enjoy dominos and we are surprised that this happened we usually don’t have a problem with our food and we didn’t appreciate the guy we were talking to he wasn’t professional and...

WHY does it take so long to deliver a pizza? And this is every single time, not once in a while. I would understand that. I ordered at 6:30 and it is now 8:10. (almost 2 hrs!!!) My pizza tracker has said that my pizza is here for the past 50 minutes and it's not. Called (twice; once and then 20mins later) and was told to "give her time to get there". Then why does it say my pizza is here???? I live 2 miles away, not in New York!!! Update : at 8:15 driver calls and is 4 minutes away. It's now 8:25 and no sign of her. Uodate again : pizza finally got here. And surprise surprise it is cold and soggy. They brought a coke when I ordered a cherry coke. They driver expected me to walk out to her car!
