I bought general to's chicken with white rice and brocoli. The chicken was disgusting, it was mostly breading with the general to's sauce barely no chicken and one of the brocoli's was soggy. The place is open late. The food is decent and the prices are reasonable. Can't speak for daytime, but late night, cops like to "chill" there and there's a lot of traffic in the area.
