Chula & the Peach: Puerto Rican Cuisine &Sweets — Restaurant in Dover

I ordered a garlic shrimp platter,chicken and beef empanadas. These have to be the best empanadas in the entire state. They are served with dipping sauce which took them to another level, but please understand they are great by themselves. They are perfectly stuffed and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the garlic shrimp platter with rice it was like having an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I will be back sooner than later and telling my friends and family you don’t have to drive too far for some great Puerto Rican cuisine. The service was great and I appreciate that she answered my question about today’s option with a smile. I can’t wait to see this restaurant blossom because if they keep this up the customers will be lined up outside of their door. I love supporting small businesses over chain restaurants any day....

Working at a car dealership, lunch is always a hot topic between the sales department. i knew this place opened up and had to make my first stop. Needless to say it won’t be my last. The food is outstanding! The whole showroom was wondering what was smelling so good and everyone wanted a bite, and questioned where i went!
