We have used Jen-mor for years. Grandparents,parents and now my husband and I. In July my husband as always got me a flower arrangement they came to the door and some of the flowers looked dead. I was upset. The man took them back and said he would bring me a different arrangement without the dead looking flowers. Well he came back with the same dead flowers. I was so upset. I had places to go that day. So he calls the guy. He said we will fix it. They did but it took all day. So now it's almost Valentine's day. I never told my husband. He orders a arraignment for valentine's day. So they came,my husband was here when they deliver the flowers. My husband said where is the stuffed animal? I run out to get the delivery man. Oh I don't see it. Omg once again. So he has to go back and get it. So now I have lost my trust with this company. My son is planning his wedding so am now looking for a new florist. I was visiting my Mother for Mother's Day in 2024 and walked into this cute shop to order their Bird House arrangement. I asked for a Blue Bird and Purple and Lavender flowers. It was an Absolutely Beautiful arrangement!! This year, I am home in Florida and wanted to send a Bouquet of Flowers for my Mother's Birthday. I was so happy to know where to order my flowers and went to their website and order ed the Flowers with confidence that the arrangement would be PERFECT !! They were out of the Lavender Roses that I wanted But quickly got some for my order and made it, just like the Photo on their website. I was really surprised how they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my Order, especially since I am out of state and they could have just substituted anything. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Jen-Mor Florist and I have nothing but high praise for the store's entire crew! I found an arrangement on their website and I called to place the order. At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right!
