Iām not a Starbucks regular but even I can tell these Baristas have no idea how to make 98% of the drinks on the menu! They donāt even have the decency to tell you up front theyāll just butcher the entire order and expect you to accept it. I literally ordered a strawberry citrus frozen energy drink with strawberry purĆ©e and was handed something that looked like a cup of milk with a splash of white claw in it! The minute I complained the young girl had the nerve to look at me like I was crazy. I had to ask the one good barista they have if he could fix my drink and unfortunately he didnāt know how to make it either smh. I was told it was really hard to make yet itās on the menu smh. Staff must constantly mismanage their time because I order ahead and still end up waiting excessive amounts of time for my order. My assumption is that the Starbucks is located in the hospital and there are a couple of guys who were outside of the hospital trying to speak with you and they're a little scary which contributed to the low score. I have to say the service is good and I had a bagel there which was pretty yummy. The staff asked me if I want cream or butter. I chose butter and they give me two.
I wish I could have the coffee there too, but I already bought a coffee at McDonald's. There are very few people there. Most of them are nurses and hospital staffs. Lots of seats are available. No wait time. You can have your time there as long as you want.

When we showed her the sticker on the cup which clearly showed thats what we ordered she took the cup walked away with it without saying anything. She brought the same cup back put it in front of us didn't say anything again (had done nothing to it at this point), she handled two other coffee orders that were ordered AFTER we told her about our wrong order, then put a separate hot cup (which we opened and saw the cold foam in it) next to us and walked away without saying anything yet. There were no other customers at the time so she didn't walk away quickly because of it being busy just rude and unprofessional. That would be the best words to describe this particular barista at...
