I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles Galore, pancakes version with beef sausage. I called asking if the platter came with eggs because the pictures showed eggs, meat, and a side of hashbrowns. I was told they did not come with eggs, so I ordered a side of eggs through DoorDash and not only typed in that I wanted them scrambled but also told the woman on the phone that I DID NOT want cheese. Imagine my surprise when I received my order and not only got eggs in my platter, but on the side as well. Wouldn’t have been an issue if BOTH eggs were not loaded with cheese. First of all, all eggs being cooked with cheese when not everyone likes cheese with their eggs is wild. Adding cheese should be an option. Secondly, it was a waste of time to communicate this to the front of house if she was unable to communicate that back of house. Busy or not, all customers, not just ones dining in, deserve correct and proper meals. Although I only specified “scrambled”, it’s not difficult to COMMUNICATE to make sure orders come out correct. Called to communicate my frustrations and who I’m assuming was the manager was very dismissive and unprofessional. Even if I have to contact DoorDash regarding the matter, there’s a way you conduct yourself.

It’s a shame because the pancakes were delicious and sausage was decent, but that experience just leaves a bad taste in your mouth to even eat the meal. Maybe in person would be better and they’d care more to execute correct meals because you’d be...
