Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Camdenton

It’s pretty rare for a fast food place to get 5 stars from me but this Camdenton Sonic takes the cake. Let’s start by the facility itself. Clean. Like any time I’m here before 7am, there’s an employee in the lot power washing the sidewalk and parking lot or sweeping, or cleaning windows. Service- yes, there have been times where my wait is longer than usual but that’s typically only on days where one of the schools are doing family lunch and there’s 10x’s the customers in a short amount of time. Quality- I’ve never had cold food here. I’ve never had an order messed up (other than receiving the wrong drink ONE time). I’ve never had a poor attitude from an employee. I’m here often too. Like at least twice a week. The food is delicious and consistent. That’s what I need in a good food place. I found out recently that this particular Sonic donates a significant amount to our community. That just makes me want to eat here even more. Thank you Camdenton Sonic and your staff for making my fast food choice...

Me and my wife have been to a lot of sonics restaurants over time. We like #7 on the menu with extra chili. Most of the time our dining has been ok, but always something missing, rude workers, cold food, etc I could go on for a while but I won't. This is the first time at this restaurant for us, the Sonic in Camdenton MO. Wow nothing special for them but, us wow good job guys, the food hot and fresh just like it should be, extra chili was the perfect amount added( that's hard to find) service friendly, after we started eaten servers look at us in the window and ask if everything was good just like in a sit down restaurant. I would have to say best lunch in a long time, and all because of friendliness, down to earth people working today between 3 and 3:30. Most people will only post bad reviews on here, me and my wife like to give credit where credit is due. So again...

Sonic provides, overall, a nice experience, though that has become fairly unique. That is to say that drive-ups are now rare, other than Sonic. This provides a vague sense of nostalgia for old people like me. My son, a highschool senior, asks to go there incessantly. They offer quite good fast food, including some fairly unique choices. They really do have great milkshakes and some innovative drink choices. Service is generally fast when using the drive-up or the drive-through. They also have an app, which is fairly convenient to use, and which can provide slightly faster service, especially for a big order. A few healthier options would be nice, but of course that is not the main reason why people...
