When we arrived, even though the restaurant was almost empty, every single table was dirty. I saw a lady "Trish" standing around holding a cloasked if she could wipe off a table for us. "Trish" replied "I have to stand here and wait for a sign." I had earlier seen a child spill ketchup and her mother had wiped it up and the floor was safely dry. However, I told Trish "No problem, I'll get a couple of wet napkins and clean it myself." Trish then went up to my husband, behind my back and said I was rude, which he promptly came to me and told me. I politely confronted Trish about this and she said "We'll, you were short." This is ridiculous so I informed the manager. I will point out that as I was going up to talk to the manager no sign was in that area and Trish was finally cleaning tables. Had "Trish" been cleaning all the dirty tables, perhaps she would have had less time to be condescending to customers and do her job. Not only was Trish rude and condescending, she left us with a very bad impression of the Camdenton Culver's. Their fish sandwiches and custard are delicious and it is one of our family's favorite places to eat. It's a shame to have a...
Read moreWe like to come here for the icecream it's so good but the last 2 times we have has a bad experience. Tuesday we ordered 2 concrete items, we were the first car in the to go line and noticed 6 othere cars behind us getting their food and driving off. After still sitting there for 10 minutes and no one approached our car went inside to ask where our order was and they went to the freezer and handed us our icecream. No apologies, just handed them to us. We gave it another shot on Thursday night, we ordered 2 concretes again and still took forever to get and when they did one of them was wrong so she took it back in. Took 10 more minutes to bring it back out. She said it took her so long because she had not been taught how to make one yet and she had to figure out herself because the rest of them where too busy. We drove off and started to eat the one that was originally wrong and it was butterfinger instead of heath bar. Don't know if we will ever come back to this location...
Read moreLately the person sizes have gradually been getting smaller and smaller. Three piece cod dinner now has a small bag of fries opposed to the larger amount you received when they put them loose in the container and the fish are probably almost half the size they once were. And when you tell them you would like plenty of taste sauce for the fish and some ketchup for your fries and they give you only one tartar sauce and FIVE ketchups I don't think they got the message. Smaller portions and rising prices is Culver's solution to recent losses, well they lost a good customer now. Had a great experience at this location. Fish was great, the order was accurate all the way down to the included condiments. Had been trying to avoid Culver's again since the price increases and some repeat bad experiences but with this new location this was our first visit and I was pleasantly surprised(update: same old disappointments as...
